These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy (available on WanderJet.online), form the entire agreement between you and WanderJet.online. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of WanderJet.online after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
To use WanderJet.online, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or booking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Booking Process and Confirmation
To book, submit a request via WanderJet.online. We will provide a quote based on your details (dates, routes, passengers, aircraft preferences).
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of your written acceptance (email or platform confirmation) and payment of the required deposit or full amount, as specified in the quote.
Quotes are valid for the stated period and subject to aircraft and crew availability. Prices may change due to fuel surcharges, wait times, or other variables.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are in USD (or specified currency) and exclude applicable taxes, fees, landing permits, handling charges, catering, de-icing, or other extras unless stated.
Payment terms:
- Deposit (typically 50–100%) due upon confirmation
- Balance due before flight (usually 24–72 hours prior)
We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other secure methods. Late payments may incur fees or result in cancellation.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Less than 72 hours: No refund (unless due to operator cancellation)
WanderJet.online may cancel for safety, weather, mechanical issues, or force majeure. In such cases, we offer rebooking or refund of amounts paid, excluding non-recoverable costs.
No-show or unused flights incur full charges.
7. Changes to Bookings
Route, date, time, or passenger changes may incur fees and are subject to availability. Minor adjustments (e.g., +/- 2 hours) may be possible without extra cost, depending on the operator.
8. Liability and Limitations
WanderJet.online strives for accurate information but makes no warranties regarding service availability, aircraft condition, or operator performance.
We are not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or diversions caused by weather, air traffic control, mechanical issues, or operator decisions
- Personal injury, death, property damage, or loss during flights (governed by the operating carrier’s liability rules and international conventions like Montreal Convention)
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.
Passengers assume risks inherent in private aviation.
9. Safety and Compliance
All operators comply with applicable regulations (FAA, EASA, etc.). WanderJet.online selects partners with strong safety records, but ultimate responsibility lies with the operator.
You must comply with security, customs, immigration, and health requirements. Provide accurate passenger manifests in advance.
10. Intellectual Property
Content on WanderJet.online (text, logos, images) is owned by us or licensed. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy on WanderJet.online. We comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR for EU residents).
